Job Description:
- Prepare invoices for clients in a timely manner
- Ensure prompt collection of payments
- Manage all officerelated documentation
- Monitor attendance of cleaners for various projects
- Prepare salaries for all employees including office staff and cleaners
- Record daily financial transactions
- Handle salary payouts
- Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit and Loss statements
- Control and monitor all expenses
- Follow up on all online transactions including payments via Whish or bank transfers
- Conduct daily cash flow counts
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients
- Oversee office cleaning arrangements
- Manage orders for stationery and other office supplies
- Prepare meeting schedules
- Obtain quotations from suppliers as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Analytical Skills and Financial Statements expertise
- Finance and Accounting knowledge
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
