Job Description
Overall Purpose of Job:
Support the global master data activities in the different areas. Run processes regarding maintenance of vendor and customer master data.
Main tasks roles and responsibilities:
- Maintenance of vendor and customer master data
- Maintenance of business partner master data
- Support in the central master data team
- Execute knowledge transfer and ensure documentation is created to enable the sustainability of services.
- Develop thorough knowledge transfer framework and ensure documentation is delivered to enable sustainability of services
- Support of the global master data quality control based on control reports (completion actuality potential deviations)
Qualifications :
Experiences and requirements:
Education
- Collage graduation
Work experiences time/seniority/ sector:
- Practical experience in a mass production facility ideally in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of maintenance of vendor and customer master data
(at KOSTAL: SAP R3)
- Good understanding of the different master data types
Technical/ IT knowledge:
- Good understanding of Office tools
Language with level:
- Good spoken and written English language skills.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Problemsolving skills
- Good time management
- Strong in process documentation.
- Ability to communicate at all levels
