- Establish procedures and processes that support financial objectives while ensuring activities align with Accors financial impact policies and approvals.
- Drive abovemarket performance in RGI or RevPAR by partnering with properties to demonstrate commercial benefits to owners while also meeting distribution targets.
- Lead regional teams and hotel leaders to deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Accor standards acting as the custodian of guest experience and loyalty initiatives in the region.
- Collaborate with the development team on new projects oversee onboarding of new hotels and ensure commercial plans align with opportunities in the market.
- Inspire and mentor team members to foster a strong workplace culture actively identify and develop leadership talent and support recruitment and retention efforts across the region.
- Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management Pacific South and the VPO New Zealand & Fiji to review underperforming hotels and implement action plans for market performance sales revenue and loyalty improvements.
Qualifications :
510 years Senior Commercial leadership experience an established network & esteemed reputation in the Hospitality Industry.
Strategic business acumen driving results through commercial planning; adept in online and offline marketing with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
Experience in cultivating trust and strong relationships with senior leaders & key stakeholders
Must have full working rights in New Zealand
