IT Controller Group IT Infrastructure and Security Department

Eurofins Group IT Controlling is looking for an IT Controller to support the Group IT Infrastructure and Security Department with cost controlling budget planning and administrative activities. The IT Controller will report to the IT Controlling Team Lead and support IT Directors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

As part of your role you will be responsible for preparing and reconciling the budget evaluating IT infrastructure and security investments and providing monthly reports for the Group IT Controlling Team.

You will monitor the budget and forecast process act as a contact for business management and help to enhance transparency regarding IT costs within the organisation. You will also contribute to the optimisation of IT controlling processes ensuring compliance with IT costs and standardising controlling templates.

Additionally you will support fair cost allocation maintain master data assist in the preparation of consolidated reports help improve internal controls and handle various adhoc tasks.

Qualifications :

If youre a financial controller/analyst a reporting specialist with an IT background or a team support expert passionate about financial reporting we want to hear from you.

Expected skillset:

Your skillset should include the ability to prepare detailed reports in both written and data table formats showcasing advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas pivot tables and cell formatting). A good command of the English language is essential. An interest in IT is also a plus.

You need to be able to complete quality work on a timely basis with strong attention to detail. A positive forwardlooking mindset with an ability to anticipate needs prioritise competing deadlines and work independently are essential. Strong interpersonal skills are important as well as the ability to work effectively in a complex international environment. You should also be eager to learn and continuously develop both your personal and technical capabilities.

Education required:

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelors or masters degree in Finance Economics Engineering or Business.
