- Implement organization security policies and procedures
- Monitor internal control system to ensure that appropriate security clearance are maintained within the organization
- Develop and implement local security programs and procedures consistent with corporate standards and country specific legal requirement which are necessary in order to safeguard the company.
- Manage and ensure continuous improvement of all security measures. In particular against shoplifting theft burglary pilferage robbery fraud or any other sitespecific criminal actions.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with local police and law enforcement agencies.
- Develop and accomplish agreed security business plans annually.
- Responsible for the local leadership and deployment of all processes and systems to mitigate security risk to the company.
- Enforce compliance with all corporate security rules standards guidelines and governmental regulations.
- Dealing with enquiries and related problems;
- Monitoring health and safety procedures within the store
- Ensure compliance of SOPs
- Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.
