Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Order the needed components at right price when they are needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Planning and Logistics to ensure a smooth inbound supply chain process considering parts requirements and suppliers.
- Prepares purchase orders and negotiates prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly under general guidance.
- Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure the resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries.
- Minimize the number of past due purchase orders according to the agreed leadtime with the supplier and be responsible for the short medium and long term performance of the suppliers.
The Individual
- Previous experience in Procurement or equivalent experience considering the role/product
- Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily.
- Proven negotiation skills and expertise.
- Skillful in Excel and Windows app
- Fluent in English with the ability to influence others

- Software tools knowledge (Office Automation ERP system)
