Job Position: Industrial Painter
Location: Collinsville OK 74021
Pay Rate: $20.00$24.00/hour ( Shift Differential)
Shift: Night Shift MondayThursday 4:00 PM 4:30 AM (Overtime as needed)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Collinsville OK. This position involves preparing and painting raw materials and piping to meet job specifications maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Preparation:
- Sand or sandblast raw materials and piping according to job specifications.
- Prepare units using caulking masking paper and plastic as required.
- Painting:
- Apply primer and topcoat using industrialgrade pressure paint pots and sprayers.
- Ensure paint pots are clean and functioning to maintain highquality output.
- Work Area Maintenance:
- Keep work areas clean and organized after painting.
- Adhere to safety protocols and support 5S procedures.
- Additional Duties:
- Work extended hours or weekends as required to meet job demands.
- Follow safety policies including proper use of hand tools and safety devices.
Qualifications:
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 10 hours per day.
- Frequent stooping and kneeling throughout the workday.
- Lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs unassisted using proper techniques.
- Must pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
- Sufficient visual acuity and depth perception to perform tasks.
- Work Environment:
- Tolerance for confined spaces and shop environments including exposure to industrial boiler manufacturing processes.
- Proper use of safety equipment when required.
- Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in operating hand tools (powered and manual).
- Not afraid of heights and able to work in elevated areas.
