- Interface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects (i.e. replenishment transport and warehouse).
- Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implementation followup and contribute to project management of solutions for customer requirements.
- Management of automated 2Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and Customers (i.e. Orders Confirmations etc.).
- Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitoring stock levels proactive followup of discrepancies.
- Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain
- Suggest process improvements using Digitalization and Automation tools
- Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g. Power BI Power Automate etc.).
Qualifications :
- Education Bachelor in Supply Chain Data analytics or Related Field.
- Customer Oriented.
- Structured and organised
- Communication and Presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Able to Multitask and be Flexible.
- Interest in Engineering Innovation and / or the Automotive Industry is beneficial.
- Interest in digitalization and automation tools eg; SQL; VBA; PowerBI
