What Youll Do
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with businesses across industries such as Manufacturing Construction Logistics and more.
- Prospecting & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a systematic approach designed to drive results and sales growth.
- Contract Negotiation: Present and negotiate service agreements with clients ensuring seamless onboarding for both candidates and recruiters.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence and service offerings.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 35 years of sales experience preferably in staffing recruitment or a related B2B service environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build lasting client relationships and communicate effectively.
- Negotiation & Sales Expertise: Proven skills in closing deals achieving sales targets and delivering tailored solutions.
- ProblemSolving: A proactive mindset with a focus on meeting client needs.
- Organization: Selfmotivated and capable of managing multiple accounts and leads effectively.
