Organizing of special transport
- Regular checking of traffic routes including the procedure for sending shipments.
- Comparative overview for each transport solution (comparison of different solutions)
- Checking Istar status
Reporting (KPIs)
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Identifying potential improvements and proposing appropriate measures for improvement
- Detecting deviations
Tracking special shipments
- Daily tracking of all special freights
- Sending tracking reports to LOP planners
- Informing LOP in case of delay
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences Faculty of Technical Sciences Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
- Advanced Excell skills
- Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM MM) will be considered an advantage
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English
