Job Description
As we are growing rapidly we are recruiting a Content Associate to support our merchant partners and ensure the best possible partnership along their journey with Wolt. As a Content Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our partners products and services are presented optimally driving an outstanding customer experience and fostering growth. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and business success by enabling customers to easily discover and enjoy a variety of offerings.
What youll be doing
- Ensure our merchant partners product offerings in Wolts online catalog are accurate engaging and uptodate enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Support merchant partners in achieving their goals of higher conversion and sales by improving their visibility on our platform.
- Contribute creatively to enhance how product information is presented to improve the digital shopping experience and better customer journeys.
- Create and maintain master data for product listings improving assortment and content management.
- Leverage on technology including advanced tools like Sheets/Excel and AI to optimize workflows and improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Utilize reporting tools to track performance resolve errors in master data and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve master data quality and streamline operations.
- Drive compliance for product information across Wolts platform setting high standards for both retail and restaurant offerings.
Qualifications :
- A proactive and techsavvy individual with a solutionoriented mindset and a focus on delivering great results.
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets Excel or other datahandling platforms to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
- Mindset to embrace digital tools such as Chat GPT and new ways of working to solve problems drive operational efficiency and innovation.
- High attention to detail and the ability to efficiently structure and solve tasks in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with partners and internal teams.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the team embracing challenges as they arise.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is essential for this role.
