Key responsibilities
- Full responsibility for Inbound lead process (Tier 3 and Tier 2 accounts)
- Includes lead qualification lead nurturing management of CRM system and face to face meetings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients partners and key stakeholders. Attend conferences industry events and meetings to network and promote the company.
- Support Business Development Manager in required tasks to help in achieving the company goals.
- Account Growth & Upselling: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by understanding the clients evolving needs and business goals. Develop and implement strategies to upsell products or services increasing the value of each account.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Ensure clients are satisfied with products or services handling any issues or concerns to provide timely solutions. Conduct regular checkins and performance reviews to ensure client expectations are being met and exceeded.
Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor the performance of key accounts using relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure goals are being met. Prepare reports on key account metrics progress and outcomes presenting findings to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Fluent English and Czech speaker.
- Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software is advantage.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to navigate complex client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and drive longterm results.
