Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Assist in the development and implementation of HSE training programs aligned with SGS objectives.
- Administer and manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring proper enrollment tracking and reporting of training activities.
- Analyze training data to assess effectiveness identify trends and propose improvements to training programs.
- Develop and maintain engaging Safe Talks and FacetoFace (F2F) training packages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Deliver HSE training sessions to various groups from shopfloor employees to senior managers ensuring that learning objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with regional and country teams to ensure training initiatives meet global HSE standards and business needs.
- Assist in identifying development needs for HSE staff and supporting talent management initiatives including competence assessments and development plans.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION
- Engineering Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 58 years of experience in HSE.
- Experience in HSE training development or facilitation.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in creating and managing training materials across various formats (e.g. PowerPoint elearning webbased tools).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) including data tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of coaching and facilitation techniques to support stakeholder development.
- Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal to deliver key messages across diverse audiences.
- Exposure to project management techniques to help track and report training initiatives.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
