ABOUT THE ROLE & WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As part of this role youll be responsible for conducting professional phone interviews leveraging social media for marketing purposes and participating in daily live training sessions to continually develop and hone your skills.

- Demonstrated professionalism selfmotivation and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional English proficiency both written and spoken
- A determined mindset eagerness to learn and a strong sales aptitude
- The capacity to adhere to a script and adapt as needed.

- Passion for marketing and a proven track record of utilizing global social media platforms
- Efficient multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and exceptional accuracy.
- Excellent phone interview and communication skills.
- Intrinsic motivation with the ability to work independently and a proactive approach to tasks.
The Primary Duties:
- Performing professional phone interviews
- Initiating warm phone calls and engaging with existing inquiries
- Interacting with individuals from diverse industries and backgrounds.

Please note: This is a performancedriven opportunity affording successful candidates the flexibility to operate independently on a parttime or fulltime basis.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience is required.
