- Advise and represent clients in divorce child custody and spousal support cases.
- Draft and review legal documents including prenuptial agreements and custody arrangements.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Provide legal guidance on family law rights and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the Bar.
- Experience in family law practice and litigation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong research drafting and problemsolving abilities.
