Position: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Engage with new leads and prospects via calls emails and video meetings to introduce and promote TSM s products and services particularly focusing on tequila and mezcal brand development.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Zoho) with customer information and sales activity.
- Follow up on leads track sales opportunities and convert them into closed deals.
- Maintain and develop longterm relationships with customers ensuring repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide regular updates on sales performance and project status.
- Participate in expos and events to explore new commercial opportunities for TSM.
- Report on KPIs and sales metrics to management.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- 12 years of customer service or sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Ability to confidently engage with new leads and prospects.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred but not required).
- Proactive and resultsoriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
Benefits
Work Conditions:
- Fulltime position Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Hybrid work model: 2 days a week in the office at Tepatitl n de Morelos Jalisco.
- Occasional travel for expos and client meetings.
