Role Overview
We are hiring an accomplished Program Manager to lead and deliver a strategic SAP HANA Implementation program across five geographies. This critical leadership role requires managing crossfunctional teams coordinating with an SAP Implementation Partner and ensuring the program meets its business objectives within scope timeline and budget.
The role is onsite in Mumbai and demands a seasoned professional with at least three global SAP HANA implementations as a Program Manager for large enterprises. The candidate will drive the success of this transformational ERP program ensuring its alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Lead the entire SAP HANA implementation lifecycle including planning design configuration testing deployment and stabilization across five geographies.
Define and manage program governance ensuring clear accountability and streamlined decisionmaking.
Act as the primary point of contact for the ERP program across all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with the SAP Implementation Partner to finalize the roadmap resource planning and deliverables.
Partner with business function leaders from Finance Procurement Supply Chain HR and IT to ensure ERP functionalities align with operational needs.
Conduct regular steering committee meetings and provide updates to executive leadership on program progress risks and achievements.
Program Management
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan defining deliverables milestones and KPIs for each implementation phase.
Monitor project budgets resource utilization and adherence to timelines ensuring the program stays on track.
Oversee data migration integration and system configuration to ensure a seamless transition to SAP HANA.
Drive standardization and process optimization across geographies for maximum efficiency and scalability.
Risk Management and Compliance
Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with multigeography SAP HANA implementation.
Address program issues and escalations promptly ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.
Ensure the program adheres to regulatory data security and compliance standards globally.
Change Management and Adoption
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure effective user adoption across all regions.
Conduct training programs and workshops to prepare business users for the transition to SAP HANA.
App Development: Design and develop robust PowerApps solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring seamless functionality and a user-friendly experience. Integration Mastery: Integrate PowerApps with various Microsoft and third-party services, creating a cohesive ecosystem that enhances overall business processes. Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges head-on, utilizing your problem-solving skills to create elegant solutions within the Power Platform. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, understanding their requirements and translating them into scalable PowerApps solutions. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in PowerApps development, conduct thorough testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Innovation: Stay at the forefront of Power Platform advancements, identifying opportunities to leverage new features and enhance existing applications
