Job Description
Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration decision making and guidance. Our services focus on M&A Transactions Due Diligence Capital Raisings Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.
Due to expanding business the firm is looking to hire an Associate to provide direct support to a Project Manager and coordinate a team of analysts.
WHAT YOU LL DO
- Direct support to Project Manager on various client related projects
- Closely coordinate the work of a team of Analysts/Senior Analysts
- Provide ongoing training to Analysts/Senior Analysts
- Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)
- Handling daytoday correspondence with clients and their representatives
- Organize the information clearly and produce welldocumented reports with insightful conclusions and recommendations
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience researching producing insightful reports and displaying information from multiple sources preferably in the Consulting or Financial Services industry
- Fluency in English at a proficient level. Previous fulltime education taught in English or previous fulltime employment in a country of official
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
- Good accounting concepts and ability to read and understand financial statements
- Strong research capabilities with the ability to summarise information and produce insightful conclusions on company/market/industry data
- Business acumen with ability to understand different business models and industry/market trends and drivers
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Work and think clearly under pressure
- Efficient time management
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
