Job Description

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.

Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to drive brand awareness.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

Minimum of 35 years of proven experience in sales and marketing preferably within the interior design and construction industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools.

Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
