Job Description
Growing national firm is seeking a Municipal Engineer for their Chicago office!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance/leadership on municipal drinking water projects
- Create detailed master plans designs plans/specifications and estimates
- Projects include treatment plans tanks pump/booster stations and water storage/conveyance system infrastructure
- Project management
- Assist with business development
- Assist with proposal completion and client interviews
- Deliver quality work on time and within budget
- Keep current on regulatory issues in industry and update team
- Lead/mentor junior staff
Requirements:
- Master s degree in Civil Environmental or Chemical Engineering
- 7 years of experience in municipal water treatment systems
- PE registration
- Experience with water treatment water quality and regulatory compliance
- Active participation in professional organizations
