Job Description
1. ERP System Management:
- Administer configure and maintain the ERP system to align with company operations.
- Ensure data integrity and high availability of the system at all times.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Develop implement and enforce policies procedures and controls related to system use and management.
2. User Support and Training:
- Provide enduser support by troubleshooting and resolving systemrelated issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on the ERP systems functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and manuals to ensure users are informed and empowered to use the system efficiently.
3. Operations Support:
- Manage inbound customer requests and verify space availability based on customer contracts.
- Handle daily outbound customer orders ensuring timely communication and resolution of any orderrelated issues.
- Process inbound and outbound orders in both the ERP system and Warehouse Management System (WMS) ensuring smooth order processing.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and track the endtoend order cycle to ensure proper execution and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
2 4 years of experience
