Physical Therapist
Location: Coshocton OH
Compensation: $40 $50/hour full benefits

- Evaluate develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses and symptoms.
- Provide individual and group therapy to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure toptier patient outcomes.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient and seamless documentation.
- Cover various units including Acute Rehab SNF Outpatient and more expanding your expertise.
- A degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).
- Current Ohio Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- At least one clinical rotation in a rehabilitation setting (Acute Rehab SNF Outpatient Home Health etc.).
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a difference in patients lives.
