Your Responsibilities: - Drive sales growth by promoting power transmission conveyor belting electric motors automation and industrial supply products.
- Recommend optimal product and service solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Identify and convert target prospects into loyal customers through strategic planning and relationshipbuilding.
- Maintain and enhance strong longlasting customer partnerships.
- Champion the value of our offerings through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with product specialists and inside sales teams to manage existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.
- Foster professional relationships with our strategic suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing sales and technical training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
What Were Looking For: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in outside industrial sales with a tangible product showcasing a proven track record of new business development client retention and territory management.
- Wisconsin Network: Established relationships within the state are a strong advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional communication presentation and computer skills coupled with a mechanical aptitude.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Industrial Supply or Business is preferred.
- Drive to Succeed: A resultsoriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
- Clean Driving Record: Valid drivers license and a good driving history are essential.

- This position offers a salry of $80$90K plus extensive commission. Salespeople in this role have made around $200000 as they grow into this position. In additional full benefits are available for this role.
- Location: This position can be based in Eau Claire or Appleton Wisconsin
