Job Description
Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse(LPN/LVN)
Start Date: 1/27/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Windsor VT 05089
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 12
Shift Notes: 12hr nights 36hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
OnCall Requirements: None
COVID19/FLU Requirement: PLEASE MAKE 100% SURE THAT YOUR TRAVELER WILL COMPLETE VACCINATIONS (if offered at compliance) !
Traveler Policy: Local Travelers Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need
** This is a very small unit/facility rural experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running!
** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Submission Requirements
- Minimum 3 years recent experience Required
- CERNER EMR experience Required
- Travel experience Preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
- BLS (AHA)
- Vermont
