Contract Duration 12 monthspossible to extend

Shift 1st shift MondayFriday between 7:30am 8:00pm

This position is located onsite cannot be remote.

Hours vary/are flexible but the office is open from MondayFriday between 7:30am 8:00pm. It needs to be made very very clear to all candidates that there is absolutely NO guarantee for a set number of hours/week. This role is strictly based on business needs and the number of studies being conducted per week. One week they could work zero hours the next week they could put in closer to 3040 hours its entirely flexible and there is no guarantee for hours.

Candidates must be able to use their own camera equipment/the site will not provide equipment for them. We are seeking Professional Photographer candidates that have done similar work for several years not someone who does photography as just a hobby. They must be comfortable in a professional setting photographing those of all age ranges.

Seeking someone available to start late January/early February.

Job Summary
A Contract Research Photographer is a professional who will use their technical skills and personal camera equipment to create the images required for research studies. The photographer will take highquality images of child and adult research participants testing consumer products.

The photographer will maintain all camera equipment including lights lenses and tripods. After the images are captured the Photographer will upload to the Digital Asset System following required standards.

Editing of images may be required and will be completed by the photographer using approved and provided computer and software.

This person will also be accountable for the study participants safety while photographing the participant. This person will work under the general supervision of the Study Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
Select setup and verify equipment for use in research studies.
Properly light and photograph the subject.
Troubleshoot simple equipment issues.
Edit images as necessary.
Work within the Digital Asset Management system.
Follow direction of Study Manager.

Qualifications
3 years of professional photography experience.
Ability to quickly adjust to complicated photographic situations.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Ability to use different types of photographic equipment
Understanding of artificial and natural lighting and how it affects different setting shapes and skin tones
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within required timeframes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High degree of empathy for study participants.
Understand the Responsible Conduct of Human Subjects Testing.
