Typical Work Hours: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (40 hours/week no overtime expected)
About the Role: As a Client Instructor you will develop and deliver training primarily for dealership parts professionals with opportunities to support company personnel and customers. This role emphasizes aftermarket selling skills common parts needs for Client equipment and the professional skills essential for Client Ag and Turf dealership employees.
Instructors will create update and deliver engaging content for students across the Client dealership network. Training formats include virtual courses ranging from four to eight hours and inperson classes spread over two days per week. Participants will include parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from Client dealerships throughout North America.
Top MustHaves:
Professional Communication Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging content in simple terms using todays technological classroom tools.
Agricultural Knowledge: Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and/or precision technology.
Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage meetings with subject matter experts meet delivery deadlines and understand a variety of products and systems.
Education Preferred:
Bachelors degree in an Adult Education discipline or Agriculture (AgriBusiness Communication Ag Ed etc.) is ideal.
A technical degree (e.g. JD TECH) is also acceptable.
