Position: Quality Control Analyst
Location: Tallahassee FL (32399)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst for the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program. This parttime position (20 hours/week) involves data entry handling customer complaints and ensuring quality in communications. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and experience in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and handling customer inquiries.
- Strong data entry and typing tasks.
- Inputting data into the RTC Database.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook Adobe).
- Managing and resolving customer complaints.
Required Skills:
- Professional office experience (1 years).
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience responding to customer complaints.
