Position: Help Desk Analyst 4
Location: North Chesterfield VA (23235)
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst 4 to provide technical support for LiveScan agencies statewide. This role involves troubleshooting assisting with equipment purchasing and ensuring network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
  • Assist agencies with the LiveScan onboarding process.
  • Manage help desk tickets and coordinate with IT suppliers.
  • Maintain computer software/hardware inventories.
  • Prepare agency Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).

Required Skills:

  • Advanced computer skills particularly with personal computers and peripherals.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
  • Strong customer relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Word MS Excel and MS Outlook.
