Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team focusing on enhancing data quality and governance. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver datadriven solutions and effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to document datarelated business objectives.
- Develop data strategies and create reports and visualizations using BI tools.
- Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT for data initiatives.
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
Required Technical Skills:
- 5 years of experience in data analysis business analysis or data science.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of Excel DAX and Python is a plus.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
