Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join the Edge Networking team. This hybrid role involves providing essential support for local and wide area network infrastructure across various agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining and enhancing network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install configure and manage network infrastructure including switches routers and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using industrystandard tools.
• Assist in network architecture planning including bandwidth analysis and capacity planning.
• Support change management processes and document network configurations.
• Provide tier 2 support and collaborate with other teams on networkrelated incidents.

Technical Skills Required:

• Network Switching: 4 years of experience
• Network Routing: 3 years of experience
• CCNA Certification: Highly desired
• SDWAN Experience: 2 years preferred
• CCNP Certification: Beneficial
