Job Description

Position: NC FAST Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer
Location: Research Triangle Park Durham NC 27709
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NC FAST Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to support the training implementation of NC FAST modules. This role involves creating facilitatorled and eLearning training solutions to enhance the learning experience for social services employees. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to design effective training materials and facilitate engaging training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop curriculum and training materials for adult learners.
  • Analyze NC FAST system functionality to create effective learning solutions.
  • Facilitate both inperson and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Utilize software such as Adobe FrameMaker and Captivate to create interactive content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
