Architectural Design:
- Oversee the execution of Retail Application Modernization & GCP Cloud implementation programs ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders team members and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and mentor project teams fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and organizational policies throughout project execution.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and clients.
