Job Description
Title: API and Data Integration Specialist
Location Morristown NJ hybrid
Duration: 36 month Contract to hire
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems.
- Ensure the accurate and timely movement of data across Microsoft BI Qlik Softrip Salesforce Zendesk and Google Analytics.
- Identify opportunities to document and improve existing system interfaces enhancing userfriendliness for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify integration needs and troubleshoot any issues in data flow or connectivity.
- Implement best practices for data integration ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data integrations for scalability and efficiency.
- Develop algorithms to transform data into useful actionable information.
- Build test and maintain database pipeline architectures.
- Collaborate with management to understand company objectives.
- Create new data validation methods and data analysis tools.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Create documentation and provide technical support for integration solutions particularly to enable external partners and customers to access data.
- Stay updated on new technologies and tools to improve integration processes and data handling.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with API development data integration and movement between systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft BI Qlik Softrip Salesforce Zendesk and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python Java or C# with a focus on API and data manipulation.
- Experience with customerfacing integrations enabling partners to pull data from internal systems.
- Experience supporting data migration and enhancement projects particularly in BI systems.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
