Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Architect

Work Location: Atlanta GA (Remote)

Full Time

Job Description:

Overall 12 years of IT experience in any two of below mentioned skills

Data Cloud:

23 Years techno functional experience with CDP/Data Cloud

Detailed understanding of relational database concepts and data model design.

In depth knowledge about Data Cloud CIM data model and data management process

Provide consultative solutions to implement B2C B2B CDP solutions.

Experience in Data Cloud existing and upcoming system integration capabilities.

Detailed knowledge on Data Cloud features like DMO DLO CI SI Identity Resolution Activations etc.

Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories.

Assist planning and coordination to keep the project on track.

Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio):

23 years experience with salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Accredited Professional certification preferred.

Understand the intended audiences for the solution purpose of engaging these audiences and validate against objectives and success metrics.

Understand the real time personalization concept in depth.

Well experience with the development activities in MC personalization platform.

Clear concept of MC Personalization data model structure

Datorama:

23 years experience with analytics dashboard design

Understand digital advertising and the digital transformation landscape.

Translate business needs to technical specifications.

Scope plan and estimate implementation projects.

Identify and apply Datorama platform features where necessary and required.

Design and manage reporting dashboards (e.g. reporting tools) in collaboration with implementation team.

Familiarity working with large data sets and creating cohesive stories.

Strong knowledge on media metrics custom calculations and metrics correlation Data visualization using tools like Datorama Tableau Power BI.

Become the daytoday operational point of contact for managing Marketing data in a unified data integration and reporting tools like Datorama.

Evaluate and improve existing Datorama dashboards streams and reports in collaboration with implementation team.
