Job Description
Position: MDM Consultant
Location: Mississauga ON (Hybrid)
Mode of Hire: Contract
Job Description:
- Manage mobile devices using VMware WorkSpace One MDM for iOS Windows MacOSx and Android utilizing tools like Samsung KNOX Apple DEP Zerotouch Enrollments Gorilla and Munki.
- Leverage MDM platforms such as MobileIron Microsoft Intune or Google Device Management along with GIT and Chef (preferred).
- Handle escalations effectively communicate with ELT/VIP/VVIP clients collaborate on issue resolution maintain updated documentation and ensure flexibility for shift schedules
