Job Description
SAP ATTP/ ICH Lead consultant
Raleigh NC (Remote with occasional travel)
Long Term Contract
Experience level 1015 years
Understand the Business Requirements and Functional Designs
Work with Solutions Architect during design discussions and all other software life cycles
Technical & Functional delivery as needed for Operations and Enhancements
Create and update Technical Design documents
Collaborate with SQA and VAL teams
Participate in 24/7 oncall rosters to provide immediate application support in the event of a service disruption or issue and enable the achievement of service availability and service level requirements
Provide 24/7 technical support covering all service operation functions involving P1/P2 Incidents
Adhere to clients operational policies standards tools and processes to ensure consistent quality application maintenance and fulfilment of regulatory obligations
