Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements maintain itineraries and manage reporting requirements for a 150staff division.
- Provide administrative and technical program support to program leads as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite SharePoint and E2 Solutions.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional clerical customer service planning scheduling and records management skills.
