Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth forensic examinations of computers networks and other electronic devices.
- Utilize digital forensics tools to assist in evidence analysis and data recovery.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of information systems.
- Develop and maintain expertise in tools techniques countermeasures and trends related to computer/network vulnerabilities and encryption.
- Identify monitor and investigate computer and network intrusions.
- Provide forensic support to hightech investigations including evidence seizure and analysis.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in information security operations or ITrelated functions.
- Proficiency in dead box network and memory forensics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Splunk Sentinel One and Magnet Forensics.
- Bachelors degree in an ITrelated discipline.
- Certifications (one or more required):
- CompTIA Net
- CompTIA A
- CompTIA Security
- CPTE (Certified Penetration Testing Engineer) or CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- GCIA (GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst)
