Job Description
Summary:
The Scrum Master will lead Agile processes and foster team collaboration in data analytics Power BI and Snowflake data warehouse environments. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies driving continuous improvement and ensuring the delivery of highquality Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups sprint planning reviews retrospectives and backlog refinement.
- Act as a servant leader fostering collaboration transparency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog based on business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of highquality Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with objectives.
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles impacting sprint goals.
- Drive process improvements and implement feedback from retrospectives to enhance team efficiency.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience as a Scrum Master in data analytics Power BI or data warehouse environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Handson experience with Power BI data visualization tools and Snowflake or other data warehouse platforms.
- Excellent facilitation coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Jira Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Business domain knowledge in Banking Financial Services or Benefits is a plus
