Job Description

Job Title: Engineer ILocation: Waukesha WI (Location 2)

As an Engineer I you will play a pivotal role in supporting engineering projects and driving technical innovation within the organization. Working under the guidance of senior engineers you will contribute to the design development and implementation of engineering solutions ensuring they meet project objectives and quality standards. This entrylevel position offers opportunities to grow and develop your engineering skills while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development:

    • Assist in designing and developing engineering solutions products or systems.
    • Support the creation of engineering drawings specifications and technical documentation.
  2. Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct research including data collection literature reviews and feasibility studies.
    • Analyze technical data to support engineering decisions.
  3. Prototyping and Testing:

    • Participate in prototype development testing and validation activities.
    • Document test results and observations to enhance future designs.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and address project goals.
  5. Troubleshooting and Process Improvement:

    • Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues.
    • Implement corrective actions to improve processes and methodologies.
  6. Continuous Learning:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering technology.
    • Apply new knowledge to improve engineering practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in engineering or a related field (including internships or coops).
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g. CAD MATLAB LabVIEW).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous internship or coop experience in engineering.
  • Familiarity with industryspecific regulations and standards.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certification or training in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
