Job Description
Job Title: Civil Project Engineer
Location: Saint Augustine Florida
Job Type: OnSite
Duration: FullTime
Responsibilities:
- Understand and create full sets of construction plans including specifications and front end contract documents.
- Calculate quantity takeoffs develop cost estimates and final bid forms
- Under the direction of a Project Manager coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to execute projects
- Provide construction administrative services.
- Prepare Capital Improvement Plans and grant application packages for municipal clients.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- BS degree in Civil Engineering / Civilrelated field
- 5 years experience in site development
- Site Highway Airport Drainage and Utility Design experience
- Experience in conducting board and client meetings for small to moderatesized projects preferred
- Experienced in land use and municipal approvals
- Experienced in preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
- Working knowledge and use of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Experienced in preparing project submissions and related documents/forms
- EIT / PE preferred
