Job Title: Telecommunications Analyst III (HYBRID)
Location: Madison WI
Duration: 06 Months
Job Description:
The Client is Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and people in our care. This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones cellphones and other video conferencing solutions.
Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management deployment and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking mobile desk phones and desktop technologies including but not limited to desktop applications smart phones (iOS) VoIP and PBX telecom systems. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Instate day travel in Stateowned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible but limited. This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed. Applicants must reside within the State of Wisconsin.

- Cisco infrastructure and endpoints
- Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD
- Telecommunication Company management
- Smart phone support
- AirWatch
- Apple Business Management
- Video Conferencing Account Management
Minimally qualified applicants must have:
- Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP H323 and other VoIP technologies
- Working knowledge of Networking concepts
- Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure
Required Skills & 25 Years of Experience:
- Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management
- Unified Communications Systems (Webex PBX ACD etc.)
- Mobile device support and Management
- Networking Concepts (CUBE SBC SIP H323 VoIP etc.)
Preferred Vendor Experience:
- Cisco
- Mitel
- Zoom
- AirWatch
- Apple Business Management
- Microsoft
Required Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently but in a team environment
