Job Title: Tableau Developer with Healthcare Background
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer with a strong healthcare background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Tableau Desktop Tableau Server/Cloud and Tableau Prep along with exceptional skills in SQL and data analysis. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to analyze complex data sets develop actionable insights and deliver customized visualizations to meet client needs.
This is a hybrid role based in Irving TX requiring onsite work 3 days a week and remote work for 2 days.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Tableau dashboards reports and visualizations to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
Use strong SQL skills to extract transform and analyze data from various sources.
Maintain expertise in healthcare analytics and data warehousing best practices to drive innovation.
Communicate findings methodologies and recommendations through written and visual formats to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Assist with client meetings including onsite or teleconferenced presentations as needed.
Required Qualifications
8 years of relevant experience in analytics or a related field.
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop Tableau Server/Cloud and Tableau Prep.
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction transformation and analysis.
Experience connecting Tableau to diverse data sources and ensuring scalability of dashboards.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices.
Proven track record of working in healthcare analytics or closely related domains.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with largescale datasets (terabytes or more) for advanced data analysis.
Familiarity with statistical tools such as SAS STATA SPSS or R.
Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills.
Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred.
