4 Business Analysts (Telecom)
Contract Position

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Systems Expertise: Lead the analysis design development and implementation of ITSM solutions. Utilize your deep knowledge of systems analysis configuration testing and release management to identify and close process gaps.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements develop innovative solutions and support the successful deployment of those solutions within a fastpaced environment.
Stakeholder Management: Utilize your excellent communication skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver clear actionable instructions and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Documentation & Reporting: Develop process documentation for diverse audiences ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
ITSM Expertise: Apply your solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL principles to identify technical and human change management needs ensuring seamless IT service operations. Lead and execute multiple ITSM processes to deliver continuous improvements.
Public Sector Engagement: Leverage your 5 years of public sector experience to navigate complex regulations and requirements. Understand and manage the unique challenges of delivering IT services in the public domain.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on Telecom or ITSM.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles methodologies tools and resources management with handson experience in systems analysis and IT service processes.
Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and provide comprehensive documentation.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid security clearance (minimum 10 years as a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada).
Proven track record of leading business analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
