Job Description
Join a team committed to inspiring creativity and spreading joy as a Content Moderator! In this role you’ll ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries and moderating usergenerated content.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing various types of content (videos images text and audio) to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.
Handling customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety matters including abuse reports and appeals.
Collaborating with ByteDance’s internal teams to ensure the safety of both users and the brand.
Providing services in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
Must have an EU passport or Portuguese work permit.
A passion for watching videos.
