Role Overview
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) ensures clients' successful onboarding integration and support using our inventory optimization solution. This handson technical role bridges client engagement with data and system expertise requiring coding proficiency and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Collaboration:Partner with clients to define and document their data integration needs.
- Educate clients on data requirements formats and best practices.
- Data Integration & Validation:
- Support clients in extracting and validating data ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct detailed analysis of initial data sets addressing discrepancies proactively.
- Technical Configuration & Automation:
- Build and optimize SQL queries and API requests and configure internal tools.
- Design scripts and workflows to automate routine data extraction processes.
- PreSale & PostSale Support:
- Provide technical insights during presales to demonstrate how our solutions align with client needs.
- Deliver ongoing support to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.
Requirements:
Tech Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years in technical roles like TAM Data Analyst or Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting (Python/ Ruby) and data processing.
- Experience with APIs ERP and BI applications.
- Familiarity with YAML JSON ERPs databases and ETL data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Industrial and Management or related fields.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Soft skills:
- 3 years in clientfacing roles providing technical support consultancy solutions or account management.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
