As an Advertising Support Specialist you will deliver technical support with a B2B focus to help their clients sustain and expand their businesses. You will assist with inquiries related to Facebook Family Apps and Advertising Services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to advertisers using Facebook and Instagram addressing postsales assistance and troubleshooting requests.
Engage with clients through various communication channels including email chat and outbound calls transforming most email and chat cases into followup calls for enhanced support.
Offer personalized guidance to improve the advertising experience for clients resolving technical issues reporting bugs and advising users on using platform tools and features.
Conduct support interactions primarily in Hebrew and English for small to mediumsized businesses (SMBs).
Identify trends and common challenges faced by multiple SMB clients and implement solutions to improve their experience.
Requirements:
Willing to relocate to Lisbon Portugal
EU Passport or Portuguese work permit
Excellent English and Turkish speaking skill
Training & Development:
Participate in an extensive training program lasting 15 working days (8 hours per day) to prepare you for your role. Training start times will vary between 08:30 and 09:30.
Gain insights into customer management product training and the software needed for your position during training.
You will also engage in onthejob training to apply your learning practically.
Compensation:
On your first day of training you will sign a training agreement detailing salary schedule and training duration. Upon successfully completing your training you will sign your employment contract.
Compensation will be provided for the training period to those who complete it successfully.
No social security taxes will be applied to your training compensation and no reimbursement will be offered for additional trainingrelated expenses.
Working Hours:
Commit to 40 hours per week (8 hours daily with an additional hour for lunch) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 00:00.
Holidays:
As an employee under a Portuguese contract you will observe Portuguese public holidays. You will receive a compensatory day off if you work on a public holiday with terms for scheduling to be agreed upon with the project team.
In your first year you will be entitled to statutory vacation accrual of up to 20 days depending on your contract signing month. For subsequent years you will receive 22 days per calendar year worked.
Trial Period:
A onemonth trial period will be in place following the signing of your contract. Your performance attendance and punctuality during this time will be critical in determining your continued employment.
