Job Description:

We are looking for an MIS Executive to join our dynamic team at a leading Health and Fitness Club in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the club’s management information system (MIS) ensuring data accuracy creating reports and presenting key insights that drive business decisions. The role requires proficiency in data analysis reporting tools and presenting data in a userfriendly format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management: Collect and compile data from various sources within the club ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Data Analysis: Analyze raw data identify trends and provide actionable insights for the management team to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Report Generation: Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) sales data membership trends and customer satisfaction.
• Excel Reporting: Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables charts and formulas to present data effectively.
• Dashboard & Visual Reporting: Develop PowerPoint presentations graphs and dashboards that present data in a clear visually appealing and actionable manner.
• Business Intelligence Support: Assist in identifying data trends performance gaps and opportunities for business optimization through data insights.
• System Integration: Ensure that the club’s MIS system is integrated seamlessly with other operational systems such as billing membership management and HR systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments (Sales Marketing Operations etc.) to gather and understand data requirements and provide reporting support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 23 years in a similar role preferably in a health and fitness or hospitality industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables advanced formulas charts) PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring data accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data and insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues as they arise in data reporting and analysis.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT Business Finance or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with business intelligence tools or software.
• Knowledge of CRM ERP or other membership management systems.
• Background in the health and fitness industry or similar customerfocused environments.
