- Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM on implementation or upgrade projects Required 8years
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor Required 8years
- Experience as a Business Analyst in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs Required 8years
- Experience as a Business Analyst in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations Required 8years
- Experience in performing handson endtoend system integration and external interface testing Required 8years
