Job Description
Job Title: Sr. ETL Developer
Experience: 10 years
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Loong Term Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in Ab initio Databricks and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining our ETL workflows ensuring data integrity accuracy and consistency. A certification in Databricks is a huge plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL processes using Ab initio and Databricks
- Create and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and transformation
- Collaborate with data architects analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform data quality checks validation and cleansing
- Monitor ETL processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security integrity and compliance with industry standards
- Document ETL workflows processes and data mappings
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in Abinitio for ETL development
- Strong experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics
- Indepth knowledge of ETL processes and best practices
- Experience with data integration data warehousing and data modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Databricks is a significant advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of other ETL tools and technologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau PowerBI)
- Previous experience in Industry/Domain is a plus
